The thinking behind all the workshops is to link art to personal growth through expanding learning capacities and self development. Linked with The Tetley Gallery, East Street Arts and local art projects, workshops provide creativity and a chance for a social gathering with pencils, paper and open minds. 'Design Your City' workshop in Ripon with Life with Art

The workshop aimed to execute large scale artwork and to encourage working collaboratively on a huge piece of paper. It was also a great opportunity to try new scale, sweeping mark making, freedom of space, and enjoyment of creating one piece with a whole group.

Materials used: Fabriano paper roll, pencils, felt pens, sharpies, crayons, inks, brushes and sponges.
